Vegfest in Seattle
The largest vegetarian food festival in the country, is rapidly approaching. On April 10th, 10am-6pm at the Seattle Center Exhibition Hall, on Mercer Street, you can try over 500 different kinds of free food samples.
Admission is only $8, kids 12 and under are free.
In addition, there will be talks on health and nutrition, demonstrations by chefs, and a well-stocked bookstore with vegetarian cookbooks of every variety. There will also be a kid's section where kids get to do taste tests.

The doors open at 10am but I won't be able to leave Oly until 11am. Please feel free to go on your own and meet up at the festival, or we can carpool. I have room for three others in my car.
