Grain-based salads are great summer picnic or light lunch fare, but still have enough bite and flavor to satisfy. I've been a convert ever since I discovered farro, but come out for this class at the Bayview Thriftway to learn about other grain-based salads that satisfy. $25 pays for the class and the yummy bits you get to eat afterward!
