Bumbershoot is Seattle's famous Labor-Day weekend music festival in the Seattle Center. Loads of people, loads of bands, and all the usual shenanigans that go with those two things. There are a bunch of bands playing during the day at six different stages, plus comedy shows and some art exhibits. Many, many things to do, and it's only $22 per day to get you in the door! If you want access to the main stage show that night, it's $40, but that's still not too shabby.
Saturday's main stage headliners are Neko Case, The Decemberists, and BOB DYLAN. Yes, that's right kids, I said BOB DYLAN. When's the last time you could see Bob Dylan for $40?

I'll be going up early in the day (don't know how early yet) as there are several non-main-stage bands that I want to see on Saturday. Carpool info and other details will be forthcoming as the date approaches. Please email with any questions.
