Musicfest Northwest is Portland's best music festival and for my money, beats anything in Seattle hands down. This is it's tenth year and the lineups have never been better. There is a veritable smorgasborg of shows to choose from, and a wristband for the entire weekend is only $90.

I'm planning on being there Thursday night through Sunday night so I thought I'd post a meetup in case anybody wanted to hook up for any of the shows. I'm crashing with a friend so you'll have to provide your own transportation and housing, but if you come down I promise you'll have an amazing time!

The festival is indie-heavy, with a lot of local bands well represented, but has offerings as diverse as roots rock, rap, and metal.
