Hello Nandita and every one else. I've tried to contact Wendy a couple of times and have had no response. So, what does eveyone think about meeting up at Capital lake this Saturday at 2:00 in the afternoon, in front of Traditions Cafe, for a lite duty hike? It is some what short notice but we could always do it more than once, and that way we could at least "meetup". It seems with the amount of interest there is we should beable to get something happening. Please share input.

Great idea to go on a local area hike, I'm all for it, maybe we can include a pot luck picnic lunch, what do you think about that? There are a lot of good places in Thurston Co. There is McClain creek, Mima mounds, The Old Evergreen dairy which is owned by fish and wildlife, and Deschutes Park in Tumwater, just to name a few. How do we set up a day and time?

Yes, I'm a member of OCC too, although I admit I haven't been as involved in that group. I think it's great that we can have some overlap between the two groups.
