Oh thanks!! This monday I am slammed :-( but the next one I should be able to. I love to run. I think I have the most fun with trail runs LOL!!

Hi!! I thought I could at least do the speed trainings. I am improving with my running so I would think I could do the group runs in the next couple of months if I keep going the way I am. Doing lots of trail running, up to 7 miles now and then I do shorter faster pace run and even run barefooted once in a while.
