Perseids meteor shower

Hi all,
The Perseids are peaking this weekend and there's no moon so it'll be a great time to view them, but I'm having trouble coming up with someplace to go to view them. Most campgrounds are full and most parks close at dark, so I'm just going to throw this out to you guys - does anyone know of any place we could go for meteor watching? Does anybody live out in the boonies away from the city lights and would be willing to have folks over to their house?
