I was wondering if any of you guys was interested in going to concerts. I know they can be expensive, but sometimes you don't go to a concert simply because you don't have someone to go with (especially if most of your friends don't have your same taste in music ... or have kids already). Anyhow, check out these two concerts coming to this area:

Friday, May 7th @ the Tacoma Dome

woooo...I'm going to elton john and billy joel with my family. I always love concerts, big or small. I love finding somewhat unknown artists too around town to go to also....

Concerts would be fun for sure!

Hey I didn't know about eventful.com, thanks for the info Roger. I think checking out bands at local bars is also a good idea for meetups. I'll continue my research

Presidents of the United States of America would be awesome! I've been to one of their shows before and it was really fun. I'd also be up for the Muse and/or Nickelback concerts.

Would definitely be up for Muse/Silversun Pickups. There's also a live music meetup group if you're interested in hitting smaller local shows with people.

Muse would be great. So would NHickelback.
