Hey everyone. About the time I found this group 6 or 7 months ago I left to South America and just got back into town last week. I will tell you a bit about myself.
I am very active in quite a few projects at a given time. I have a club that is open to all members who might find all types of electronic music interesting. This club meets at evergreen and we are planning events for the last weekend of the month every month starting in October. I also, as I stated above, just got back to Bolivia and am working out a plan to teach English on a volunteer basis. I will be very connected with the Latin Community and possibly any heritage type events I can find. I spent the last year working various other volunteer positions and can network people if they need any information for non profits if they are interested. I was also a D&D nerd back when I was much younger but I feel like I would like to get back in touch with my inner nerd and could use a bit of help doing that. If I can help anyone in any way let me know. I think I gave enough info to not be boxed into any category or group of people. I am only half-busy until the quarter starts so now might be a good chance to get out and help or meet some new people. |

Hey man, holy crap, I know that this is pretty late for me to say, but that's great! Honestly, I thought I saw this before, my bad. There are a ton of folks all around the area in your neck of woods that would be stoked to have you come to their meets. Yeah, you're kinda all over the map. Hey, the shotgun approach will sure click with some of the other folks' interests.

Alas, I still have not made it to many of the meetups. I was trying to find a new place to live and ended up out a bit from everything.
Would still be interested in a meetup, but would like the meetup to be a complete day or night sort of thing. The drive is probably 40 minutes from Lacey. On the plus side I will have two acres to grow stuff once the weather turns a bit warmer. |
